Stormtouched Pridetalon

Located in Ghoststone Diggings, Siren Isle. Found in a special phase of Siren Isle that you can access when you unlock Special Assignment: Storm's a Brewin. This special assignment becomes available after completing the weekly quest Serpent's Wrath by completing activities and killing various NPCs around Siren Isle. Once unlocked, you can speak to Suzie Boltwrench at Flotsam Shoal to enter or leave the storm phase at any time, even after you complete the assignment.
