| Found in a special phase of Siren Isle that you can access when you unlock Special Assignment: Storm's a Brewin. This special assignment becomes available after completing the weekly quest Serpent's Wrath by completing activities and killing various NPCs around Siren Isle. Once unlocked, you can speak to Suzie Boltwrench at Flotsam Shoal to enter or leave the storm phase at any time, even after you complete the assignment. | |||
Level scaling: Most NPCs will scale with the Hunter's level, within the constraints of their level range. Hunters can tame regular NPCs up to 2 levels higher than them, but can only tame elite NPCs of the hunter's level or below.
