Located in Pinerock Basin, Highmountain. Can't be attacked unless activated by the quest Scout it Out. You either need to be on that quest, or get the help of someone who is, in order to interact with it. Once summoned you might have to fight your NPC assistants for aggro. Using a freezing trap may stop them attacking Irewing, and hunters have also been successful by landing on a tree that the NPCs can't reach.
