Located in Isle of Dorn. Found on Sunken Shield - a rocky island off the south-east coast of Dorn, and also on an island in the far west - in the strait between Storm's Watch and Dhar Oztan. The cloudrooks on Sunken Shield appear in all three colours, but the ones on the western island only seem to appear in the mid-grey, despite having the same NPC ID.
