Located in Hallowfall; Isle of Dorn. There's a chance this beast will appear when you use an Elusive Creature Lure in this zone. To learn how to create a lure you must earn at least 25 points in Khaz Algar Skinning and select the Luring specialization (see your skinning journal inside your professions panel).
