Located in Dhar Oztan, Isle of Dorn. Circles the summit of the mountain in the south-west reach of the Isle of Dorn. She cannot be attacked until you break her shield. You can do this by collecting 10 Crackling Shards from Igneous Elemetals in the area and combining them into a Storm Vessel.
