Located in Thaldraszus. Only appears during the once-off quest, Cavern Cleaning, which is part of the quest chain to recruit the Netherwing Dragonflight, added in Patch 10.2. Found in caverns high up in the mountains on the north side of the Shifting Sands / Temporal Conflux area.
