Elusive Rimeclaw Bear

Located in The Azure Span. There's a chance this beast will appear when a player with Dragon Isles Skinning uses an Elusive Creature Bait right outside the bear cave at Slyvern Plunge in The Azure Span (coords ~ 64.4,30.3). Note that this bear can spawn in any of 5 different colours, and it's also possible for quite a few other Elusive creatures to be summoned to this location, so it may take many, many tries to attract the one you want to tame! Also note that if you've placed 40 points into Bait Mastery (Dragon Isles Skinning specialisation) it's likely you'll first summon a rare Elusive Elder Frigidpelt - which you'll have to kill and skin before anything else has a chance of appearing. While the base cooldown on using the bait is 12 hours, you can reduce it by at least 10 minutes for every creature you skin (this reduction improves as you advance the Mastery skill). So if you go to a good skinning area you might be able to use a new bait in 15 minutes or less. To create Elusive Creature Bait you must have levelled Dragon Isles Skinning to the point where you can select the Bait Crafter specialization and spend at least 10 points of Knowledge in it. It's also important to note that you must spend 20 points in the Mastery subspecialization in order to have a chance of summoning Elites.
