Located in Abandoned Camp, Exile's Reach. Appears to phase out during an advanced stage of the zone quest chain, but one can be viewed and aggroed from a point to the west of Abandoned Camp, near the waterfall. Stand right where the zone changes to "Jrokgar's Coast" and catch the one that circles nearby.
