Great White Elekk	10-70	Nagrand - Outland
	Only appears during the Love is in the Air festival in February. This elekk spawns by the side of the road to the north-east of Oshu'gun during the festival daily quest Getaway to Scenic Nagrand! / Getaway to Scenic Nagrand!.

Level scaling: Most NPCs will scale with the Hunter's level, within the constraints of their level range. Hunters can tame regular NPCs up to 2 levels higher than them, but can only tame elite NPCs of the hunter's level or below.
